Eleven Women’s FA Cup 2nd Rd Qualifying ties decided on penalties

Eleven teams won their Women’s FA Cup Second Round Qualifying ties on penalties after being deadlocked at the end of normal time.

Beaumont Park, Dunton & Broughton United, Mansfield Town, AFC Rushden & Diamonds, Lichfield City, Dussindale & Hellesdon, Camden Town, Downend Flyers, QK Southampton, AFC St Austell and Plympton all held their nerve to progress via a shoot-out.

Penrith edged a nine-goal thriller at Workington having been 5-1 up, the Reds fighting back with three goals in the last 20 minutes after the visitors had a player sent off.

Fulham top-scored with 16 goals, while there were also double-figure wins for Wakefield AFC, Thrapston Town, Millwall Lionesses, Marine Academy Plymouth and Cornwall League side Sticker.
