Mid Ulster came through 3-0 away to Rosario despite the frustration of having four goals ruled out for offside, before Rachel Rodgers gave them an interval lead. Down to ten players due to injury, they still got a second goal through Eimear McGarrity and even when another knock left them with only nine on the field, Sophie Magee struck to seal the win.
St James Swifts sunk Comber Rec 6-1 as Molly White enjoyed a four-goal haul and Amber Dempster bagged a brace, East Belfast reached the next round with a 5-1 defeat of Larne.
Belfast Celtic and Lisburn Ladies both progressed with seven unanswered goals against St Oliver Plunkett and Craigavon City respectively.
Chelsea Scott led the way with four goals as Killen Rangers proved too much for Belfast Ravens in a 12-1 win. The game also featured a Stacey Johnston goal from a long-range free kick and a brace on her sixteenth birthday for Lauren McCann.
Lisburn Rangers also hit a dozen in eliminating Ballymena United.
