Cardiff Met pipped Swansea City in the FA of Wales Women’s Cup 2nd Round, while Wrexham caused an upset at The New Saints.

Connah’s Quay Nomads 0-2 Aberystwyth Town

Goals from Rebecca Pritchard and Rosie Hughes were enough to give Wrexham victory against their top-flight hosts.

Gwenllian Jones and Amy Jenkins netted as Aberystwyth Town went through at Connah’s Quay, Mari Gibbard hit a double hat-trick in Llandudno’s double-figure win.
