Briton Ferry Llansawel beat Swansea City 2-0 in front of 447 fans to move into the top half of the Genero Adran League Premier.

In the league’s last game of the calendar year, Megan Kearle set up the opening goal midway through the first half, Lucy Powell finding the net for the hosts at the Old Road Welfare Ground.

The victory was sealed two minutes from the end of the 90, Kearle again with the assist as Alison Witts headed home.

Briton Ferry now sit fourth in the table, just two points short of the Swans and with two games in hand.
