Follis will be part of the Blues’ Spring Series and the following 2017/18 Winter Season that ends in May.
City say that Follis spent 14 years with Aston Villa and graduated from the Club’s Centre of Excellence.
The former England U-19 and U-23 international joined Reading in 2015 and made 39 appearances in total, scoring 19 goals.
Follis met up with the squad for the first time yesterday and joined fellow new signings Ellen White, Paige Williams and Sarah Mayling.
Marc Skinner’s side kick-start their Spring Series campaign on Sunday 23 April against Sunderland Ladies.
