Pacheco, who joins from the Merseyside club until the end of the season, burst onto the scene in 2015 at the age of 16 when she got her chance and made the first team spot her own.
The England U-19 international played against the Belles last season in Liverpool’s 3-0 victory at the Keepmoat Stadium in the FA WSL Continental Tyres Cup and gave an impressive display.
On the signing, Coates commented: “I am delighted to get Maz on board.
“She’s an extremely exciting and talented young player who will certainly add great quality to the side.”
As part of the loan agreement, Pacheco will be ineligible to face Liverpool Ladies when the Reds face Doncaster Rovers Belles on 27 August and 9 October respectively.
