Reigning champions Cardiff City travel to last season’s third-place side Wrexham on the opening day on the Genero Adran Leagues season.

Runners-up in back-to-back seasons now, Swansea City are under new management in Jamie Sherwood and starting at Cardiff Met.

Returning to the top flight, Briton Ferry Llansawel head to Aberystwyth Town, while Barry Town United have home advantage over The New Saints.

In addition to the opening day’s televised fixture, three more matches have also been selected for live broadcast.

Wrexham will host Swansea City on Sgorio’s online platforms on Sunday 29 September, while the south Wales derby between Swansea City and Cardiff City is live on S4C on Sunday 6 October. Finally, Aberystwyth Town and The New Saints will do battle at Park Avenue in front of the Sgorio cameras again on Sunday 3 November.

Llandudno, who were North champions last season but lost out in the promotion play-off, begin the new campaign away at Rhyl.

Connah’s Quay Nomads – runners-up for two consecutive seasons – start on the road against Felinheli.

Newly-promoted Flint Town United make their debut at Bangor, while Llanfair United host NFA.

In Genero Adran South, Penybont host Pontypridd United, with the former stepping up and the latter relegated.

Twice in a row runners-up Cascade entertain Swansea University, Cwmbran Celtic go to Llanelli Town, while Caldicot Town welcome Pontardawe Town.
