The bottom two in the Barclays Women’s Super League clash on Sunday, with Bristol City hosting an Aston Villa side still to get off the mark after five games.
While the Robins banked their first points since returning to the top flight with victory away to West Ham last Sunday, Villa were boosted by a five-goal midweek Conti Cup win at Sheffield United where Rachel Daly hit a 20-minute hat-trick.
There is little time for Everton to recover from a 7-0 Conti Cup thrashing by Manchester United on Thursday, as they go up against unbeaten leaders Chelsea. United are the only side other than Emma Hayes’ team yet to lose and they welcome West Ham.
Tottenham Hotspur take on Liverpool with both sides three points behind the top team, likewise Manchester City who meet Brighton and Arsenal who visit Leicester City in the late kick-off.
Sunderland’s Mel Reay won the Barclays Women’s Championship Manager of the Month award, as the unbeaten Black Cats go into the game with Blackburn Rovers three points clear of both Southampton and Charlton Athletic at the top, with the Saints and Addicks going head-to-head.
Crystal Palace are one point further back and home to Lewes, who are bottom on goal-difference from Watford, with the Hornets five point short of hosts Reading.
London City Lionesses trail fifth-placed Birmingham City by three points before their clash, Sheffield United will leapfrog Durham if they manage to defeat the Wildcats.
