Gemma Grainger has announced her 22-player Wales squad to face current Women’s World champions the USA in California on Sunday 9 July.
The match – which will be shown live on BBC Wales – will be the first time Wales women’s team have played outside Europe and the first meeting with the four-time world champions.
Mary McAteer has received her first call-up after recent involvement with the U19s, while Rachel Rowe is unavailable due to injury and Sophie Ingle misses out through suspension ut will travel as a training player.
