Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain won their away legs in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Quarter-Finals.

Barca fightback to beat Real Madrid

Real Madrid threatened an upset against the holders, as Olga Carmona gave them an early lead and only the post denied them a second from Esther González.

Alexia Putellas levelled from the spot on 53 minutes following a foul on Caroline Graham Hansen, Clàudia Pina came off the bench to give Barcelona the lead nine minutes from time, before Putellas chipped in their third.

Katoto bags brace for PSG

Bayern made a strong start on their debut at the Allianz Arena in front of 13,000 fans but PSG took the lead on 19 minutes, Marie-Antoinette Katoto firing into the roof of the net following Kadidiatou Diani’s effort against the crossbar.

Substitute Sydney Lohmann hit the post for Bayern but Katoto doubled the lead when heading home Sandy Baltimore’s corner.

Lohmann went close again when her header was turned onto the post by Barbora Votíková, the hosts eventually succeeding in getting a goal back from Klara Bühl’s powerful free-kick.
