Swansea City suffered a first league defeat since October 2018 when their fightback at Cardiff City FC Women fell just short.

Cardiff stormed into a 3-0 interval lead, Amy Williams turning in a Ffion Price free kick, Zoe Atkins and Catherine Walsh adding one each. Karmyn Carter came off the bench to pull two goals back for Swansea but their long unbeaten record was over.

Alison Witts bagged a brace as Pontypridd Town returned from Port Talbot with three goals and three points.

Barry made it three straight league wins with two Taite Trivett goals against TNS.
