Scotland are still 21st, the Republic of Ireland move up 2 to 31st, Wales and Northern Ireland improve their standings to 31st and 61st respectively.
While Bulgaria have re-entered the rankings, one particularly disappointing exclusion due to inactivity is Argentina.
