The fixture had been due to take place in May at The Den, but was postponed because the stadium was being used for a men’s League One play-off tie.
The FA WSL Management Committee discussed the matter at a recent meeting, where it was decided that the tie would be awarded to Oxford and the the match would not be played.
Millwall say thay have let the The FA WSL Management Committee know they would be appealing the decision.
