The final two qualification matches will be played at Rodney Parade in Newport, where Israel will be visitors on 15 September (KO 7.05pm) followed by Austria on 20 September (KO 7.05pm).
Wales are third in Group 8 but are unable to qualify following June’s 2-0 defeat at home to Norway. Meanwhile, Israel are currently bottom of the group with Ludlow hoping to see her team go one better than the 2-2 draw in Ramat Gan last December.
Wales complete their qualifying fixtures against Austria, who will be looking for the win as they can still automatically qualify for the Finals in the Netherlands.
