The youngster also has England experience having been part of the squad which finished fourth in the 2018 UEFA Women’s Championship in Lithuania.
Speaking to LCWFC TV, Blanchard said: “I wanted a new challenge, I was looking to develop more as a player and put myself into a new environment.”
Leicester City Women Manager, Jonathan Morgan said: “Annabel is a player we’ve followed closely for the past 12 months, she’s a player that is going to bring a lot of excitement to the Championship.
She’s technically fantastic, she’s got a great eye for goal and her movement off the ball is brilliant.”
