The Regional Talent Club is a quality-assured programme that provides player-development opportunities for elite female players at Under-10s, Under-12s, Under-14s and Under-16s.
It forms an integral part of the England Women’s Elite Talent Pathway, having been awarded a Tier 1 Licence by The FA, with the technical programme being led by an extremely talented and experienced coaching staff.
The Regional Talent Club has already seen notable success this season, with ten Southampton players achieving international selection, underlining the ethos of turning potential into excellence.
Women’s and girls’ football is an important part of Southampton’s future moving forward, with the Same Game campaign that we launched last year already showcasing and educating people about the work being done at the club.
