The goalkeeper became the first-ever winner of the Yashin Trophy after Euro 2025 and the rest of her titles followed quickly after.
What did Hannah Hampton win this year?
While individually she dominated in 2025, Hannah Hampton will have been hoping for more team success.
Chelsea won the WSL for a record sixth consecutive year and they also managed to complete the cup double with both the League and FA Cup.
However the Champions League continued to elude the Blues, who once again fell to Barcelona in the semi-final.
Much like with Chelsea, Hampton also won with England but they weren’t able to win in all competitions.
The Lionesses won Euro 2025 but weren’t able to beat Spain in the Nations League, leading to a group stage elimination.
What next for Hannah Hampton?
Hannah Hampton hasn’t joined up with the England squad for their final camp of the year.
The Lionesses play China and Ghana to close out their Homecoming Tour and a successful 2025.
Hampton will not be involved in the action though as she continues to recover from a hamstring injury. The goalkeeper is expected to return to training soon and could feature for Chelsea after the international break.
The Blues play Everton on their return to action before their penultimate Champions League group game against Roma.
A Champions League title in 2026 would cap off a perfect two year period for Hannah Hampton, but there is still a long way to go in the competition.
