Amy Merricks has been announced as the Barclays Women’s Championship Manager of the Month for October 2024.
Birmingham City Women Head Coach, Amy Merricks, led her team to a maximum nine points over the course of their three games during October.
The run of wins lifted the Blues from third place to top of the Women’s Championship table.
The decision was made by the panel comprising of Faye White, Mo Marley MBE, Brent Hills, Jen O’Neill, Alan Curbishley, and Mollie Kmita,
Charlton Athletic’s Karen Hills had won the two previous awards – the first for this season and the last from the 2023-24 campaign.
