Chelsea FC Women midfielder Sophie Ingle has signed a new contract which keeps her with the Blues until June 2023.
The 29-year-old, who recently reached 100 appearances for the club, told chelseafc.com: “It was nice that the club wanted to keep me on for another two years.
“I’m really excited and looking forward to the next two years.”
General manager Paul Green added: “We’re delighted to extend Sophie’s contract. She has shown high levels of quality and consistency since returning to the club, playing a key part in the team’s recent successes.
“Sophie’s experience and tactical intelligence make her an important player, capable of playing in a couple of different roles within the team.”
