Derby could go fourth in the Northern Premier with a win at lowly Bradford, as might Fylde who visit Guiseley, while bottom-but-one Doncaster host Sheffield FC who are 3 points above them

Southern Premier leaders Coventry would hope to extend theri advantage at home to basement side QPR and Portsmouth play fifth-in-the-table Oxford.

Wolves will be back into second spot in Midlands Division 1 with a point against mid-table Long Eaton and its fifth versus fourth as Nettleham entertain Birmingham & West Midlands.

Burnley have a five-point lead in Northern Division 1 ahead of their all-Lancashire clash at Chorley, while the hosts know a win for them would lift them at least three places.

A crucial match at the wrong end of South East Division 1 sees Norwich in tenth host bottom side Luton.

Southampton WFC will be level on points with South West Division 1 leaders Keynsham should they defeat Larkhall, while third-placed Cheltenham are home to Brislington.

Blackburn battle with Sunderland for a place in the Cup quarter-finals, Huddersfield host Nottingham Forest whom they beat 2-1 away last month, Cardiff and Loughborough Foxes meet for the third time this season with each game having gone the way of the hosts. AFC Wimbledon and Cambridge United meet having drawn 1-1 on the opening day and Leeds have a testing trip to Stoke.

Places in the last eight of the Plate are also up for grabs, featuring MK Dons against Bedworth who are having an impressive debut campaign in the FAWNL and Morecambe with a difficult tie at home to Middlesbrough. Chesham will look to pull off a surprise at Gillingham, Liverpool Feds have home advantage over Chester le Street against whom they drew 1-1 away a fortnight ago, TNS face Barnsley and Keynsham meet Maidenhead with the pair at opposite ends of the South West table and the former won their recent match 5-2.

In the SSE WFA Cup, Bolton welcome West Bromwich with the winners to visit Cardiff on 6th January, Watford host Buckland knowing the reward is a long trip to Middlesbrough, while Crawley’s tie with Chichester has been moved to Worthing because of the weather and they play for the right to travel to Coventry in the next round.
