Women’s & Girls’ Lead Physiotherapist
Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club are recruiting for an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our women’s and girls’ medical team. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to apply and develop their skills within a professional sporting environment whilst working with elite professional footballers.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and passionate about working with and developing our athletes. The successful candidate will be based at our world class training facility; the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre based in Lancing, West Sussex. This is a part-time role of 26 hours to be worked over four days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Matchday Sundays). Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must have a flexible approach to working hours to include regular evenings and weekends, plus travel as required.
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy. The successful candidate will hold a membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and a current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in Sports Physiotherapy (football, rugby, cricket etc.) in either a full or part time capacity. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to develop, implement and evaluate physiotherapy programmes for professional footballers.
