Three of the matches are at EFL grounds, as Salford City Lionesses clash with Crewe Alexandra, Wycombe Wanderers welcome Sport London e Benfica and Forest Green Rovers face Weston Super Mare.
Winning teams receive £3,000 from the prize fund, with £750 going to each of the eliminated sides.
