Four In A Row For Bradford City

Bradford City lifted the West Riding Cup for the fourth successive season, defeating Brighouse Town 3-0 on Wednesday 17th May.

The Bantams opened the scoring after 26 minutes, as Ellie Olds, unmarked at the back post, slotted home.

Brighouse, playing a division below their opponents, came close to equalising before and after the break, Jodie Redgrave volleying over the top, with the bar then coming to City's rescue.

But on 54 minutes Olds struck again, the midfielder netting a loose ball from a free kick.

Jessica Graham wrapped up the win on 72 minutes, following a fine pass from Abigail Lee.
